You could try using the MS Media Creation tool: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install?ocid=ms_wol_win10

Normally it automatically offers the free upgrade again if you had previously done it. You may have drivers/software that need to be updated first-either using HP Support Assistant or manually from your support page.

It should be offered through Windows Update. Like I mentioned you may have drivers/sotware that need updated before it rolls down to you. Have you checked manually or through using HP Support Assistant?
