Hello 

After a due windows 10 upgrade my laptop was Working very slowell and was also hanging in between and other apps also was not working so I went for reseting option but it couldn't complate the reset due to some technical problem and from then when ever I am trying switching on the computer it saying preparing for system recover then  diagnosing the problem and again going off, I tried using f11 and the most of options under it but same problem persist please help

Once a reset fails, running it over and over will not work again.

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

You will need a working PC and a 8GB USB stick to hold the recovery files.
