windows 10 pro update from home

I am purchased my product last year with windows 10 home genuine version but I want to update my product to pro but while entering product key some of these characters can't appear in the product key error message will getting so please help me with -the following issues

If you're manually entering the product key from the printed sticker, you might be making mistakes -- as characters like "B" and "8" are easy to misread.

IF you download and run the following utility, it will retrieve the product key and even copy it to a file for you:

Then. you can just cut-and-paste the product key without having to read or manually enter it.
