Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

yesterday i had received windows 11 update through windows update in settings. i've downloaded it and starts installation after it shows a pop up msg like windows 11 failed to install.so i had contacted microsoft support for this issue .they guided me to installation through installation assistant (not worked same as before),then they told me try iso file method tired (not worked same as before) .finally they remotely accesed my system and finded . your device is fully compatible with windows 11 but the problem is in the FIRMWARE of HP  update .so they said  to restore back to windows 10 and then tried to install win 11 (not worked ).from microsoft they said issues with hp firmware  .plz give a solution for this
