My laptop suddenly it is not booting, do not have a recovery tool because it was too new to have issues. What is the best tool to fix the booting system problem?

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software for your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility: You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window to proceed to create the recovery media.
7K2V7AV is not the product number of your specific notebook.
It is for the entire model series of several different models.
If you don't see a different product number on the notebook's bottom cover or in the BIOS's system information window, enter the serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the specific product number for your notebook.
You need to also enter #ABG after the product number in the tool's search window.
