Hi:
HP no longer sells recovery media for that model series.
See if this works for you...
Click on the Windows ISO Downloader.exe link to download the tool to create the W7 ISO file download.
This link downloads a file that accesses the Microsoft Techbench W7 ISO files and generates the ISO file download you need.
https://www.heidoc.net/php/Windows-ISO-Downloader.exe
Select the Windows COEM ISO file download for the version of W7 the product key is good for.
I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below, that will allow you to either put the file on a USB flash drive or DVD, or you can use a different free utility such as Rufus.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page...

Thank you very much, but I have a clean image that was provided by Microsoft technical support.
I installed windows and driver problem.
I went through all the network drivers, because it is not clear what suits me.
When installing the chipset driver or the data storage driver there was a blue screen.
HP Support Assistant cannot download drivers for me or update ...
P.S.: Forgive me in advance for mistakes, because I do not know English

You're very welcome.
Your English is a whole lot better than my Russian!
If all you need are drivers, I can help you with that.
Please post the hardware ID's for all of the devices that need drivers, and I will post the links to the drivers you need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
