when i install The 3D Guard Driver and reboot the windows

the windows crashing

Try the older W8.1 driver...

- Fixes an issue which causes a blue screen event to occur during system recovery.
- Upgrades the g-sensor driver to meet Device Guard compliance.

OK.

 

Last suggestion...I found this driver which supports W8.1.

 

It is newer than any of the ones you tried.
