Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my HP 360x ENVY gets this error code: 'WDF-STOPCODE VIOLATION' and this is the driver? thats messed up I guess: amdsfhkmdf.sys

I have tried a few different things so far but the problem is that laptop restarts before It can fix itself. and a few options are not working because it says that there is no administrator account on this comp. guess I wiped it at some point....anyone know what to do? is it the hardware maybe?I can't even load up anything cos I can't get into the operating system. Please advise! Thank You!
