The Windows Hello Face option is not working.

 

Laptop Model: HP Elitebook 840 G8

Operating system: Windows 10 Version: 22h2

 

in the sign-in options, when trying to setup windows hello face.

It says, This option is currently unavailable. We couldn't find a camera compatible with windows Hello face. 

Also, the windows hello fingerprint couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

 

is this laptop model compatible with windows hello ?
