Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-ec1000 (4V212AV)

hey guys recently I bought a new laptop(hp pc pavallion 14 Ryzen 5 5625U) but every now and then windows installer keeps popping up. it also pops up when i run hp pc hardware diagnostics.  I already tried re registering windows installer through command prompt but it didn't  work.  I don't know what causing it to appear. Please help me.

should I re install windows11?
