Hello.
Go to the Windows search engine and type Command Prompt, then right click on it and select Run as administrator, as follows:
https://h30467.www3.hp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/58186i492549DFCD54312E/image-size/large?v=1....

Enter the command according to the OS you are using:
For Windows 11, 10 and 8.1:
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

The license that will appear can be used to reactivate Windows.
Then activate Windows 10, and for this you can follow the instructions in the following link:

@khushboo77 .

You will need to make a call so that you can activate Windows, and that instruction can be found in the link I provided for Windows 10 activation.

Calling Microsoft will do you no good -- as soon as you tell them this is an HP PC, they will tell you (1) they can't help you ande (2) to contact HP -- which you have already done.  Since HP does not have any records of individual product keys, they will not be able to provide you a key.

Use this link to download a utility that will retrieve the product key:  https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/2577-showkeyplus.html
