HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 IDS Base Model

I have been working on this almost 2 weeks. I started on Windows 11 on my HP AMD Laptop...where File explorer started crashing and some minor graphic problems in the browser and with each attempted solution got progressively worse.  This started after 2024-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036980) and the May as well. I have been going backward and now am trying to get windows 10 to run as a reinstall of windows 11 exhibited the same problem.

I have tried everything, SFC, DISM, reset, Safe Mode, installed EVERY device driver, cloud install, reinstalled every version of windows11 and windows 10. memory test, format the drive, downloaded all the HP drivers, installed all the windows update,  increase partition size for updates, and still I have problems weird lines in chrome and edge. The website speedtest.net doesn't work in either edge or chrome. I have reset TPM, removed bitlocker and I can't get this machine to work. I spent a couple days thinking it might be a windows problem....but these are quite rare problems.

Is there a fundamental problem with AMD and windows and HP?

I have tried all the generic solutions. Any ideas?

Note to anyone buying an HP computer...don't! HP has ABANDONED A 1.5 year old computer. I spent 3 weeks trying to repair a computer and HP only help is spend $100's more on repairing a 1.5 year old computer!

SHAMEFUL!
