trying to update Windows 11, version 24H2 (reparationsversion) but get the fail 0x800704c7 and it just say try again and also 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for arm64 (KB5056579) 0x80070002.

I try troubleshooting but that dont work.

I try reset pc but it can not make the install eiter cloud or local.

Beside these issues it's working perfect 

my cpu is a Snapdragon X elite

Thanks for the detailed info — and good job already trying troubleshooting steps. Based on what you've shared, try these steps:

 

Run SFC & DISM

Run these system health commands in Command Prompt (Admin):

sfc /scannow

Then:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

These can fix corruption that blocks updates.

 

Check for Firmware Updates

Go to HP Support Assistant or HP Drivers Page and check for BIOS/firmware updates or driver packs optimized for Snapdragon X Elite.
