Hi, 
I purchased a premium laptop of pavilion series for rs.79500 after few days later I realised that battery is draining faster and laptop heatup and then suddenly switch off . as per company website the laptop should give backup of upto 8.30 hrs but this laptop is drain under 2 hrs and sometimes under 1.30 hrs when I reach to shop where I purchased this laptop under 14 days but shopkeeper said that for service related problem please reach to customer care
 when I reach to customer care the 14 days were passed and I was not eligible for any refund or replacement then I told to customer care to provide atleast repair service for this then they provided the battery replacement but after replacement of part the battery is now draining too much fast as compare to previous one 
its already 4 to 5 times engeneer visit at my home the repair service was not working 
I called to customer care for this issue almost everyday they were simply saying that wait for 24 to 72 hrs now after continously waiting from 2 months get over nothing is working nothing is working and now my laptop is shutting down unexpectedly that resulting my all business and time loss
 and i have purchased this under 2 month they simply said they cannot provide resolution ahead I have to struggle with this issue when I heard this statement from one of customer service executive name was dhruv sharma  I was shocked that such a famous brand is giving this statement. 
So I request you to please help me about this issue I have invested almost 1 lakh in this laptop in this covid 19 situation and within 2 months this issue came and my laptop is opened 2 times since july when i purchased its only passed hardly 2 months and in future i will have to definitely sruggle with this laptop if not resolving this issues so I simply want a refund which I paid I don't know want any excuse and my issue is genuinely verified by all your executive with screenshot and video proof.
 
I hope this request you take into consideration and provide me refund ASAP beacuse my wait and harrassment limit is over is not provided help I will take strict action i.e may result into 2 month continous harrasment legal case as well as i have some press contacts i will definitely reach out to them and give all the statements and problems i faced with every proof records in this service if and after nothing is provided by your team.
But before this 
please feel my harrasment level and provide me help my humble request to you all.
please refund my money i dont want any wait again now after waiting and wasted time in these repair procedures.

I had purchased this pavillion series premium laptop 2 month ago then after 10 days i realize that the laptop heating too much and suddenly shut down and battery is draining witin 1.5 to 2 hours which is not fullfilling the promise at the time i purchased this laptop from store they were said that it will last up to 8.5 hrs and this information is also available on hp official website then i called to customer care from last two months my laptop is opened within the month and after repair it give me even wrost battery life as compare to previous one i m continously calling and asking for help but nothing is happening total 6 times engeneer has visited my home but issue is not resolving they only saying that wait for 24 to 72 hours i continoulsy waiting for resolution and now I am totaly harrased with this service experience and now i want full refund without any excuse if not done this refund then  I will file a fresh case againt your service and also take an strict action like consumer forum, give statement in news channels and give bad review on all e commerce website.

I hope this compaint will help me and you all support me as soon as possible beacuse its now two months harrasment in this issue.
