Instead of screaming, do some research. https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/default.aspx?cc=US&lang=EN is the parts store for HP. If you cannot find it on there, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If they cannot help you, there are several manufacturers out there that make replacement parts for obsolete hardware.
Getting angry and yelling makes people want to help you LESS, not more.

I can not do as you suggest. I have a screen which says
Boot Device Not Found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk
F2 System Diagnostics
For more information, please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup
My computer will not respond to anything.

It is possible that the hard drive is either bad or you haven’t formatted It yet. Do not install the operating system from a disc either If you are you should do It from a USB flash drive instead because It is quicker and faster and also easier.
