Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

But your machine runs Windows 8.1, you can use the following instructions to rebuild your machine

Good morning, thank you. Of course I'll buy a new hard disk. But once I've downloaded the iso8.1 what about the Windows product key? I suppose Windows will ask a valid key before finish installation. Where can I find it? The HD is corrupted. Thank you so much. Regards
