My laptop windows update was loading and not able to provide updates so I downloaded installations from hp website and installed. The computer kept restarting so I decided to do a full reset of the computer. After this an error came up on a black screen with www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup. It cannot start even in safe mode now and I need help with what to do now. The processor harddrive is fine after doing tests. I use wifi, so I have a wireless connection to my computer.

I couldn't check the last date of update since the windows update kept buffering. Therefore I decided to install the 2020 and up software which was recommended on the site for my device (I have its details stored on hp).
It was during the installation of the bios system it crashed.

It is probably those updates that caused it. I feel the BIOS got corrupted in the process. Perhaps a Windows Recovery might fix this issue.
