На ноутбуке не обновляется и не скачивается Новый драйвер Периферийного устройства Bluetooth. Где мне можно его найти и скачать а главное чтобы установка работала?

See if this works...

You need to install the Windows Mobile Device Center 32 bit software that Microsoft no longer supports.

Description of Windows Mobile Device Center (microsoft.com)

 I have zipped up the file you need, uploaded it to my Skydrive folder and shared the link to the my Skydrive folder below.

Download, unzip and run the file labeled Windows Mobile Device Ctr-x64.

After you have installed that software, watch the video below for how to install the BT peripheral device.
