Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Как установить hp center command? Если он не устанавливается с оф сайта. При этом если он всё таки загрузится, то требует доступ к какому-то файлу. И после этого отрубает интернет подключение. И больше не даёт подключится. От куда  ещё можно скачать, безопасным путём? Благодарю за ответ.
