Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VN12AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ноутбук HP 14s-fq0000 (9VN12AV), смартфон Poco 4 м про 4г.

  Ноутбук не устанавливает соединение со смартфоном.

Смартфон не виден в диспетчере устройств. Перепробовал установить все возможные драйвера, предложенные производителями смартфона и ноутбука, результат нулевой. При соединении смартфона с ноутбуком другой модели, фирмы  Acer через порт USB какие-либо проблемы в установлении соединения отсутствуют. Смартфон прекрасно отображается и к нему имеется доступ. Проблема в подключении к ноутбуку HP 14s-fq0000. Смартфоны других изготовителей  ноутбук HP  видит

Обновление программного обеспечения также ничего не дало.

Посоветуйте алгоритм решения проблемы в установлении соединения между ноутбуком и смартфоном.
