Не работает отпечаток пальца и распознавание лиц Windows Hello

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Добрый день!Не работает отпечаток пальца на windows 10, хотя точно на таком же компьютере установил и все работает!подскажите пожалуйста что не так

@DanilaShef --  ‎Microsoft Edge can translate a block of highlighted text into English, e.g.,

 

Good afternoon!

Fingerprint does not work on windows 10,

although exactly on the same computer installed and everything works!

please tell me what is wrong‎

 

When did it work?

Did you reinstall Windows, and then did it stop working?

Did you "enroll" your fingerprint into Windows?

@DanilaShef -- is this your computer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02774931

 

It seems relatively old (shipped with Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows XP).

It is possible that HP has not created any device-driver for it that works with Windows 10.

 

I cannot find any description of which motherboard it uses.

But, see: HP PartSurfer

for a large list of model-numbers that are "Probook 6460b". Which one is yours?

 

Have you run the "HP Support Assistant" ?  It should identify the hardware, and might download a device-driver.

 

Were you previously using Windows 7 or Windows 8 ?

I wonder if the device-drivers that previously worked will work with Windows 10 ???
