Здравствуйте! 

У меня проблема на моем ноутбуке после перехода с windows 8.1 на 10.

перестали работать порты usb 3.0. драйвера все установлены все нормально но выходы usb3.0 не работают но работает только один порт 2.0 менял windows на 8.1 та же ситуация порты usb 3.0 не работают хотя драйтера все видят и показывает что установлено все правельно.

Вызвал мастера хотели обновить биос но у нас не получилось мы не как не могли его обновить, драйвера и биос скачивали с официального сайта HP.

Помогите решить проблему буду очень благодарен

Hello!

After upgrading from Windows 8.1 to 10.

usb 3.0 ports stopped working. The driver is all installed, everything is fine, but the usb3.0 outputs do not work, but only one port 2.0 works. I have windows 8.1 windows. The same situation, usb 3.0 ports do not work, although the drivers all see and show that everything is installed correctly.

You must update it to download and download the HP official website.

Help solve the problem I will be very grateful
