Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Я купила несколько дней назад в магазине ноутбук от HP, сам ноутбук это Hp Pavilion gamin Laptop 15. Очень сильно греется, хотя он стоит на столе, на ровной поверхности. Сегодня услышала о каком-то режиме охлаждения на нем. Как можно включить этот режим? Или вообще как решить мою проблему?
