I purchased an HP Stream recently, which came with a 1 year Microsoft 365 subscription.
On the blue set up screens it states "Your Office apps are already installed and ready for you. Open any app to start your subscription".
My problem is that no office apps are actually installed on the laptop.
Any help would be appreciated.

I understand that notebook has an issue with Microsoft offices installation

Unfortunately tour advice did not help.
I have since spoken to two people within HP who gave different advice'
One suggested Office 365 should have been pre-installed, but it is not actually pre-installed on the laptop. The other suggested it does not get pre-installed, but I should have been sent a Product Key with the laptop, but I was not sent this.
I seem to be going around in circles with HP, without solving the problem.
