HP Pavilion Ultrabook 15-b029st

Even if no action is taken on the computer, the CPU reaches 100% within a few seconds and then returns to normal.Every time I open the task manager, the CPU shows 100% for a few seconds, but then it returns to normal. There was nothing like this before  I formatted the computer but it did not solve the problem. I installed a different operating system (Windows 8 or Windows 7). The same problem persists, but this problem does not affect my use of the computer. There is no slowdown or malfunction in the computer. Only in the task manager indicator (system interruptions, windows idle service and sometimes antivirus defender) the CPU load in this system shows high. What could be the reason for this problem?Ekran görüntüsü 2023-12-24 144222.png2.png
