I know you have said that disabled search still do me a favor and do this:

Run command prompt, to do this, click Start, type Command Prompt or cmd in the Search box, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

type:

net.exe stop "windows search"

click Enter.

Open the Task Manager (Shift+Ctrl+ESC)

Tell me what happened is the 100% Disk usage still there?

If it is Click the "Disk" column header and tell us what applications are at the top using most of the disk?

Please do screenshot or list the applications here.

I am just a nerd not HP guy 🙂

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for a couple of weeks.

I already stopped windows search and if I try to stop and start it again it says it has no enabled devices associated with it.

For the 100% disk there is nothing in particular. Everything is very low but it still says 100% disk,

100% disk.PNGMany thanks,
