Asked already 10 times and did not give any results, and not going to necropost so:
System info:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Edu
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
System Model: HP ProBook x360 11 G5 EE
System SKU: 40P13EC#ABF
BIOS Version/Date: S95 Ver. 01.15.00 - 06/14/2023
Useful info:
- My touchpad works. I only need to do this to get a fully functional touchpad:
- Uninstall the device
- Restart the computer fully
- I've been doing it for two weeks.
- I have friends on Windows 11 who have had the same problem (same configuration) but for longer.
- Some just had to uninstall the device and the problem was solved.
