14 ec1019au - Limit battery charge?

This community has a question already on this topic but I'm posting again as it got no answers since long time.

I see that HP is providing Battery Care option in BIOS only in few select models (such a huge disparity).

Other OEMs are providing battery limit feature in their cheapest models as well.

What is wrong with HP being such a big company and has long history in laptop making?

In my BIOS I could only see Adaptive Battery option which is just HP's proprietary feature of saving battery. I do not have any control in limiting the charge to some specific %. Is there any BIOS update which I am missing?

I can provide serial number information by tomorrow.

But, speaking generally, does this model has battery limit feature or not?

Because this is "model specific" rather than serial number.

I checked my BIOS settings again; I can only see "Adaptive Battery Optimizer" option only. No such option as "Battery Limit".
