Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi 

I have tried to down load this app Mywhoosh app hd or Mywoosh noramlly app on this computer. it will not down load. Could you please tell me if i can up grade this laptop to do so  this is model laptop 14s-dq2xxx.

Hi:

 

It sounds to me like you bought a notebook that came with W11 in S-Mode.

 

PC's with the S-Mode operating system version can only install apps that are available from the Microsoft Store.

 

If the two apps you are trying to install are not available via the Microsoft Store, your only option would be to switch out of S-Mode to the regular version of W11.
