Hi @COLOMPOS

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP pc, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

It sounds like after installing a new SSD and a fresh Windows installation, the drivers for your HP Pavilion 15-n025se Notebook PC's webcam and Bluetooth are missing or not properly installed. Here’s how you can resolve these issues:

1. Install Webcam Driver

Check Device Manager:

  • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
  • Look for a section called Imaging Devices. If you see your webcam listed there (e.g., HP Webcam), right-click it and select Update driver.
  • If it's not listed, try checking under Sound, video and game controllers or Universal Serial Bus controllers for any unknown or unrecognized devices.

Download the Webcam Driver:

  • Visit the HP support page for your model: HP Pavilion 15-n025se Drivers.
  • Enter your laptop model, then download the webcam driver from the list of available drivers (usually under Camera or Imaging Devices).
  • Install the driver and restart your laptop to see if the webcam is now detected.

Check Privacy Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.
  • Make sure that Allow apps to access your camera is enabled.

2. Install Bluetooth Driver

Check Device Manager:

  • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
  • Under Bluetooth, see if there is an unknown device or a device with a yellow triangle (indicating a problem).
  • Right-click and choose Update driver to see if Windows can find the driver automatically.

Download the Bluetooth Driver:

  • Go to the HP support page for your laptop model: HP Pavilion 15-n025se Drivers.
  • Download the Bluetooth driver (it will likely be listed under Networking or Bluetooth).
  • Install the driver and restart your laptop.

Verify Bluetooth Service:

  • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Look for Bluetooth Support Service. Ensure it is Running and set to Automatic. If it’s stopped, right-click and select Start.

3. Use HP Support Assistant

Steps to Use HP Support Assistant: Click here

  1. Download HP Support Assistant: If you don't have it, you can download it from the HP website: HP Support Assistant.
  2. Run HP Support Assistant and check for any driver updates for your webcam or Bluetooth.

4. Check Windows Update for Missing Drivers

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. Click Check for Updates to make sure your system is up to date with the latest drivers, including any that may be missing.
  3. Go back to HP’s support page for your model and manually download all drivers (webcam, Bluetooth, chipset, etc.) to ensure compatibility with your laptop.click here
