I didn't find the drivers for HP 15s-fq1036nh notebook on official HP site.

Where can i download the drivers from?

I believe you can find the drivers here

You could also use HP support assistant which can update drivers and more

https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html

I didn't find docking station on the WEB, what would be good for this laptop.

Maybe is this laptop not docking compatible?
