hey first time here I have a question about my HP laptop M#15-bs134wm  sn# [Personal Information Removed]my laptop won’t download my 3DM file  it downloads fine but when it asked me to choose whitch file to open it under ever Selection I choose it says can’t be downloaded is it something I’m missing it downloads stl file with no problem HELP
