Whenever I try to install Softpaq sp74713.exe on my PC to update the Graphic Driver I get an error message which says:- "This PC does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
No other solution or troubleshoot idea is provided. Does anyone know how to address this issue?

The model number of the laptop is: 15-1240ca.
And it's operating on Windows 10 64- bit version.(not 32)
The reason I want to install this software is to address the issue I have with Zoom videoconferencing. When I am hosting a Zoom call my video picture frequently freezes and as a result my voice (sound) doesn't synchronize with my lips. The sound does not freeze....just the video picture.
Thanks for your offer of help.

I can't find any information on that model to indicate whether or not it is S Mode -- but I suspect it is not, which would allow you to install apps on your own.
Zoom has lots of issues and we don't have the technical knowledge or resources to debug those. You would first need to ensure you are running the most recent version 5.2.3 which came out yesterday. If you do not have this, go to the Zoom site and download it.
You would need to check with their support forums to see what they suggest.

Thank you again for your advice. I will follow-up with Zoom but before I do that I have 3 more questions:-
1. What does "S-Mode" mean?
2. The recommendation to download Softpaq SP74713.exe was provided by HP Customer Support. Why would they recommend that if my PC is not capable of downloading it?
3. Do you know of any other Graphics Driver that I could potentially download to address the issue?
