If this is your notebook...HP Pavilion g6-2355ss:

 

Then you can install the W10 Realtek ethernet driver for it directly from the Realtek site at the link below:

 

Select the Win10/Win11 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) file.

 

Realtek PCIe 1G / 2.5G / 5G / 10G Ethernet Family Controller Software

 

If you need the Wi-Fi driver, I don't know what model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with.

 

If the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller (Controladora de red).

 

Find that device and post the hardware ID for it.
