Welcome to the HP Community --

Depends -- maybe it's a disaster -- but maybe not.

There are instructions on the 'net to use the On Screen Keyboard.

If you have a mouse or touchpad and one of those work, you might be able to bypass the broken keys.

Note to Self -- If this works, consider changing the PIN and not using 5 or 6

Below is a short synopses of what can work...

Tap on the login screen, check down in the lower right corner of the screen.

If you are running Windows 11,

Select the "Accessibility" icon

Next, Switch the "On Screen Keyboard" to ON

Use the OSK to sign in.

NOTE >> In older Windows / renditions of the setup, the little icon might be "Ease of Access"

Click to start the On-Screen Keyboard

Click on the screen in the login box to set the pointer "in the box"

Enter your Password or your PIN number using the OSK (On-Screen-Keyboard)
