HP 840 G2 EliteBook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought an HP EliteBook 840 G2. It's running Windows 10 Pro and I have updated using Windows Update and the HP Support Assistant.   The machine is running well.

One really annoying problem is that I cannot use the Fn + esc keys to bring up the system informaiton menu.  This works with all of the other HP's I've got but seems not to work on this one.  I downloaded and installed CASLSetup.exe as I've seen that mentioned (it's the HP Software Framework v 7.1.13.1 but it didn't fix this.  Can anyone give me some tips?

Also, upon boot, when the HP logo shows and before Windows starts, I am seeing kapsch>>> V2,  I am not sure what this means.  It's not causing any issue but I am curious.  See photo below.

If you could let me know your thoughts it'd be very appreciated!

Thanks!

Mike
