90 error . fan isn't working plus the disk drive is making noise when inserted .

HP Recommended
Example: 15-ay007tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Serial -[edit] 90 error Fan isn't working . Disk drive is noisy when inserted . Kind of small elements which makes noise too when laptop is lifted or turned around . Lockdown due to covid19. Cant reach the service centre .

I understand that you are getting 90 errors.

 

Have you tried to update the BIOS?

 

If not, please update the BIOS and check.

 

If the issue still persists, please contact our phone support and check for the support option.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
