Product: HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U77AV)
Operating System: FreeDOS
I bought a brand new HP 255 G10 laptop with a Ryzen 7 7730u processor from an internet seller, that has no Windows system on it. When booting, the error "90b - cooling fan not operating correctly" shows up ,and after 15 seconds, the laptop shuts down, and there is no fan sound at all. Sometimes it does allow me to boot into BIOS, but as soon as it overheats (i think that is what happens) , the same error pops up, Can this be somehow fixed without returning the device to the seller? Thanks in advance,
