Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

When loading a website that I use regularly on other devices, i'm receiving the following message 'A dependant script has failed to load' and the page fails to load.

I've tried all browsers (Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox) and the same error message appears on each

I've cleared history, turned off VPN, tried incognito mode, ensured all browsers and the device OS are up to date, but the problem persists and the website won't load.  The website works fine on my iPhone and another laptop (Acer)

Having just purchased this laptop it's somewhat disappointing, and infuriating.  Please advise?
