This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

The driver I gave you has nothing to do with the Bluetooth not working.
Your notebook comes with a Ralink RT5390BC8 802.11 b/g/n WLAN + Bluetooth Half Mini card, and that old version of Bluetooth is not compatible with W10.
There are no drivers for it.
You will either have to go back to W7, or purchase a USB bluetooth adapter if you need bluetooth.
