It says "free phone support is not available for out-of-warranty products. Click here to see the available support options." How can I find a phone number for it?. There's only a phone number for business things.

I was just wondering. Could a reason why the graphics aren't going in or properly is maybe because the graphics card has burnt out? Is there a way for me to check? I have no idea what happened to this computer before I got it.

Just to let everyone know who's come across this problem. I have a HP Pavilion DV6-6C75SA. I contacted HP regarding the issue with the graphics card and because the laptop is no longer supported, they can't sent out backup recovery Windows for the system nor can they get replacement parts. I was told to take the laptop to my local computer shop to get it checked out.

So I don't think this problem will be fixed and is either to do with the graphics card that could be cooked or it only works with the OEM windows. Do not wipe your laptop to another windows if you have this computer!!!

I was told on the phone to use HP Smart Start for software support but I couldn't get it to work.
