Hi, I have a problem with installing AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver - Bristol Ridge / Stoney Ridge (Windows 10 v1803) for my Laptop. It's only PARTIALLY installed. The problem is only on AMD Radeon setting. Only AMD Radeon Setting that wasn't installed. I tried install using CLEAN INSTALL, but the result are the same.

can you help me figure this out? I really need this driver 🙂

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, you're having issues installing updates,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Are you facing any issues with the graphics of your notebook?

Which version of Operating system do you have (1709 or 1803)?

Only if your notebook is upgraded to Windows 10 1803v, you would be able to install 1803 AMD drivers,

If you're facing issues with the graphics of your notebook, please run the Auto detect tool. This will search and install the compatible drivers: https://hp.care/2G1WhiH

To install AMD drivers for your Operating system, you could refer to this link: https://hp.care/2INEgll

Keep me posted,

Cheers 🙂
