Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

AMD graphics drivers is not installing in my system my laptop model is Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 

When I try to update the driver for video controller got the following error message:

Windows encountered a problem installing the driver for your device

Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.

AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics 

Access is denied.

 

I also tried manually downloading AMD software and installing, it does not work. Also tried installing older version of AMD software available in HP drivers 

AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver

31.0.12002.4002 Rev.D

This also did not install.

 

Due to this issue I am not able to play most of the games as the fps is very low some old games are working.

And I am not able to find the AMD control panel also.

 

Kindly provide a solution for my problem.
