Hi:

I checked all of the drivers on your notebook's support page and none of them show driver support for your notebook's AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics adapter, which is why I assume none of them are working correctly.

I checked the base model  17-g000 support page, and there are other drivers that the base model has including the one that should work for your notebook.

TITLE: AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver
VERSION: 15.200.1045.0 REV: B PASS: 7

DESCRIPTION:
This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. For notebooks with switchable graphics modes, this package includes drivers for both graphics processing units (GPUs). Switchable graphics enable users to switch between a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under battery power) and a high-performance graphics mode. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

Thanks I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow. I searched high and low for that. Glad there's someone smarter than me. I'll keep you posted

You're very welcome.

Well. So I tried the driver you suggested. It ran all the way through but did not install any drivers  and no Radeon hardware showed in Device Manager, only Microsoft Display. So I figure it did not install anything other than the  AMD folder in Program Files. Frustrating.

Sorry that driver didn't work for you.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other ideas for you to try.

Just for an update. I  resolved  the driver problem. I went back and installed Windows 10 Threshold 1  version 1507. Cut off Firewall, Windows defender and went to HP, downloaded the drivers (all for my Notebook). Installed all drivers except the video.

My drivers for my graphics were SP 72773 first and  SP 77769 second after all other drivers were installed. Be sure to go to System advanced settings, Hardware tab, and check the box NO for windows to install drivers and save before you install Graphic drivers. Worked like a charm. Turn everything back on and reenable Windows Update in Services. ( Forgot to mention to set to disable in Services before you install graphic drivers).  Let Windows update itself and you're on the road. Then you can upgrade your OS from that point to whichever version you want. Worked for me.
