Adobe Photo Shop is at the top of the list in the APP store download and claims that it is downloading but isn't. I'm unable to delete it from the list and it's blocking the app below it from downloading??
How do I clear it if it's not responding to the normal commands on the list? The pause and clear icons aren't there and the entry is completely unresponsive although they are working for the other two entries on the list? Is there a way to simply clear the list completely??
Thanks.

Hello @Rick86
Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting !
Try to restart your entire PC. Click on Start , click the Power icon and Restart (do nto shutdown and then back on, BUT *restart*.
Did it help ?
With regards to your problem, you can also run this Microsoft program as automatic Windows Store and Windows Modern apps troubleshooter:
- Try WSReset tool >> http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-store-cache
or some other steps you could try as general troubleshooting - usually helps - link above.
Hope this helps. Provide your feedback/reply and let me know if any difference.

I think that must have cleared it??
Unfortunately not on the first try and I'm not sure exactly what finally did it but eventually it was clear on a power up. Could this have been due to a broken upload due to a slow internet?? Don't know??
Thanks for the help.
