@Velmurugan1930, Thanks for your quick response and time.

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

I'm glad to know the accelerometer problem got solved. As you mentioned the charging issue still persists.

Have you tried charging your laptop with a different adapter or battery?

Try running a battery test on your PC from F2 and let me know the results.

Refer this article to know how to run system diagnostics on your PC.

Also, try the steps recommended below.

Search for and open Device Manager.
Click next to Batteries to expand the battery options.
With the options expanded, right-click each ACPI option and in the menu, click Uninstall.
Restart the computer.
The battery should now charge properly. If not, it might need to be replaced.

I'll watch your reply!

Take Care! 🙂

Thank you Mr.Robot.. i ran a test. everything is okay in my laptop.. also tried uninstalling ACPI and restarting.. but having same problem..

I found an unusual thing..

usually orange led light(charging indicator) is switched on when charging.. it will turn to white when getting full charge..

Today, i plugged to charge at 9.00 am.. orange light is switched on as usual.. electric power was not supplied to home between 10.00 to 10.30.. after getting electric power supply, orange light turned to white like battery full.. but battery was not fully charged.. i checked..

Please try to solve this issue..

Thank you..

@Velmurugan1930, It's great to hear from you again.

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

As you mentioned the led light next to charging port stays orange.

Have you tried updating BIOS on your PC?

It looks to be an issue with the adapter, have you tried checking with a different adapter or wall outlet?

Please try charging your laptop using a different adapter and let me know if the issue persists.

Have a beautiful day ahead!

Take Care! 🙂

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

As you mentioned even trying with a different adapter the issue still persists.

I would suggest try performing a system restore on your PC and check if it helps.

Refer this article to know how to perform a system restore on your PC.

If the issue still persists after the system restore, try performing a complete system recovery on your PC.
