when I https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/signup/ register and mail for an invitation

Thank you for registering with the MyHPSupport portal. To complete the registration process, click on the link below and update your profile. This link will remain valid for 10 days. Once your profile has been completed you will be able use the portal to submit and view cases.

when i click the complete registration link accidentally close the tab then again go to mail and click link and show massage  

Invalid invitation code.
