Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using an HP 15-r105nv (model) running windows 10.

 

My keyboard was having problems, and in needs of help I read a forum that said to uninstall the Synaptics Drivers and HID keyboards and then restart my laptop. The HID keyboards reinstalled but the keyboard doesnt work at all now! Synaptics driver is missing, the only thing i can use is my external mouse. Any help??

Please try to use Windows store and install Synaptics TouchPad Control Panel on your computer.
