I purchased a HP Pavilion laptop and it's in guarantee. The seller (shopkeeper) activated the Windows with some Microsoft account and didn't shared the password with me. As such, all the MS Office products (e.g. - Word, Excel, Power Point) now shows this username at the top right corner. Even I get messages to activate Outlook and OneDrive, but I don't have the password.
Secondly, since I have genuine Windows installed in the laptop, but the seller has not shared any product key with me. So, I don't know in case Windows 11 gets crashed or corrupted or my system needs to be formatted, how to install the Windows again.
Can someone please help!

I don't know your other apps and why you let the seller to access your computer BUT your concern : how to install the Windows again. The answer is you can re-install Windows 11 any time, Windows 11 will use digital product key in your BIOS to activate itself.
If you wish to know what it is, you can use the following tools to find out:

@banhien
I didn't let the seller to access my laptop. It's the first time after purchase they access it to enable Windows and other software's. This is a usual practice which has been followed.
Secondly, to check the Windows key, you suggested to install "Showkeyplus" from Microsoft Store, which again asks for the password of the Microsoft account, which I don't have.
