Product: HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im having issues where my activation key stopped working im wondering if anyone knows why i randomly got this

as a side not windows is set to pro version for some reason not sure if that has anything to do with the error

Install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will report the Windows OEM product key and the version of Windows the key is good for.  It will also show an installed key.

 

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Apps

 

If the version of Windows you have installed matches the version of Windows the product key is good for, and the installed key is different from the OEM product key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings menu.

 

If the installed version of Windows does not match the version of Windows the product key is good for, you will have to reinstall the correct version of Windows in order to activate it.
